Roman Bronfman, Chairman
Roman Bronfman is the founder of NRvision, a private investment company focused on financing for renewable energy projects. Prior to that, Roman was a member of the Israeli parliament for 10 years where he initiated new laws for the adoption of renewable energy solutions. Roman holds a PhD in Sovietology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Guy Shahar, CEO and Co-Founder
Guy Shahar has for the past two years been SOVNA’s CEO. He has over 13 years of experience in operational and executives positions, mostly within Israeli high tech companies. Prior to joining SOVNA, Guy was a business division manager at Tikshoov, a leading global provider of Contact Center services. He also served as Director of Technical support at Enigma Inc, a US specialist in improving the efficiency, consistency and profitability of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations. Guy graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Tel-Aviv University and an M.B.A from Haifa Business School.
Erez Ella, CTO and Co-Founder
Erez Ella is an internationally recognized architect with unique knowledge and experience in planning and developing green energy projects. He has amassed extensive knowledge in obtaining permits for urban wind power projects and otherwise working within the framework of zoning regulation. Erez recently successfully led negotiations with land use authorities and the Israeli Electric Authority with respect to the development of wind projects currently under construction. Alongside his wealth of knowledge in green energy, Erez has also built a broad network of contacts with large projects developers around the world. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tel Aviv University.
